XCOMis one of the oldest franchises in its genre, as the first game came out back in 1994. ForXCOM 2to be released, there had to be a 22-year gap, being released in 2016. Like other titles in its franchise,XCOM 2relies heavily on a grid system for combat and has excellent animations that make the experience very immersive.
