Cyberpunk 2077’s UI is quite user-friendly, and it hardly ever gets confusing. However, if players start using a lot of mods, things can quickly get out of control, so having a tool that makes management easier is always welcome.
Mod Settingsallows players to configure a tab under their mod parameters in the main menu, which increases accessibility and organization. This way, players will never get turned around when trying out thebest weapon mods available. Usually, management mods aren’t very exciting, but Mod Settings helps players spend less time tweaking their parameters, and more time enjoying the experience.

With theStreet Vendorsmod, street vendors inCyberpunk 2077work like any other merchant in similar games. By using this mod, players can access street vendors’ inventory and trade with them to either get more Eddies or convenient items that they can later use.
This seems like something extremely simple. However, having this option available opens up new pathways for commerce and could arguably make the game easier in terms of gathering resources. For example, if players are short on Eddies and want to get a newArm Cyberware upgrade, trading could be what makes it happen.

Throughout the years, CD Projekt RED has added more options for players to customize their character and vehicles. And while what’s available nowadays is very complete and should leave most players satisfied, having to go to a Ripperdoc to make some of said changes is still quite inconvenient.
By using theAppearance Change Unlockermod, players can make as many changes as they want to their character from the comfort of their own apartment or anywhere else in Night City, eliminating the need for a Ripperdoc visit.

Cyberpunk 2077has always been meant to be played from a first-person perspective. And while some mods allow for a third-person view, something just feels off and takes away from the experience.
That said, the first-person perspective that comes built into the game can sometimes feel limited, which is why theImmersive First-Personview mod is great for giving players that extra freedom that they want. Through this mod, players can better appreciate combat scenarios and have a better idea ofhow some of their perks work in action. One of the greatest things about this mod is that V’s torso is now visible, which allows players to check out their new outfits as they’re wearing them. The camera settings are also much more user-friendly, allowing V to look around with an unmatched sense of freedom that was simply not available in the base game.

There are dozens of different cars for V to hijack and commandeer as they explore Night City. And while most of them handle rather well, sometimes players might wish that a few stats could be modified. This is where theCyber Vehicle Overhaulmod comes in. This mod overhauls every single vehicle’s top speed, gearing, power, handling and brake response. Granted, vehicles like the Rayfield Caliburn, the Quadra Type-66, the Herrera Outlaw, The Militech Hellhound, and the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet don’t need many modifications, as they’re already a dream to drive. However, unless players own every special vehicle, having the option to modify the stats of any car they steal as they roam through Night City is quite the advantage.

There’s a ton of attention to detail inCyberpunk 2077when it comes to its narrative, thevarious romantic relationships available, and the mighty weapons at V’s disposal. However, like in other games, things like foliage and graffiti aren’t always touched up to extensive detail, which often goes unnoticed, but when it’s not, it can significantly affect immersion.
TheCyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Projectimproves many game assets to make them look better defined. The author says performance should not be affected significantly by this mod, but this will likely depend on every player’s PC. Players who are struggling to run this mod properly without compromising performance might want to consider turning off Ray Tracing if they have it enabled. Granted, sacrificing Ray Tracing for the sake of nearly unnoticeable elements like foliage and graffiti on the walls might seem like a bad tradeoff, but at the end of the day, it all comes down to each player’s preferences while strolling through Night City.
