Staminan Spark is definitely the most powerful energy drink, as it restores 100% of both health and heat. Although it can be reliably obtained at Vincenti’s and other stores, it’s incredibly expensive, at $2000 a drink.
It’s a good healing item to have, but by the time players have enough money to get a stack of these drinks, they should also be able to craft some pretty strong healing items themselves.
3Goro Goro Special Hot Pot Meal

Getting to chef level 12 will let players craft the Goro Goro Special Hot Pot meal, which restores 50% of both health and heat at max quality. It’s very cheap to craft, needing only two insect and two fish-type ingredients. That makes this a go-to healing item for players until they reach the higher chef ranks later in the game.

Available to make at chef level 18, the Goro Goro Special Steak Meal is an upgraded version of the Hot Pot, restoring 75% health and heat at max quality. It takes a few more ingredients to craft, but its restorative buffs start to rival the strongest healing drinks.
Players might find themselves struggling to find Egg/Dairy type ingredients out in the world. If that’s the case, these ingredients can usually bepurchased from convenience stores.
