Summary
After theant colonies on Jeju Islandbecame an international concern, the Japanese government also started worrying about the haunting consequences of ignoring them. Determined to take the island back from the magic beasts, Korean and Japanese hunters come together for one last raid, which leads to the formation of the Jeju Island Raid Party.
Comprising of top S-rank hunters from both countries, the raid party is tasked with killing the ant queen. Although the mission is challenging, the Jeju Island Raid Party has battle-hardened fighters who know how to get the job done. But how do they stack up against each other? She is one of the very few fighter-class female hunters from Japan and has earned a reputation for her exceptional fighting prowess.

Considered one of Korea’s best ranger-class hunters, Lim Tae-Gyu is a skilled combatant. But since he specializes in archery magic, he is mostly effective in long-range combat and can be easily overwhelmed once his enemies manage to close the distance.
Despite his weakness, Lim brings combat experience and unmatched knowledge to the Jeju Island raid, which can be crucial in intense battles.
8Ma Dongwook
Korea’s Best Tanker-Class Hunter
Guild Master of the Fame Guild, Ma Dongwook is a friendly and caring hunter who has been fighting magic beasts for a few years. Although he is one of thebest hunters in Korea, Dongwook is not considered nearly as powerful as the top international S-rank hunters. However, Ma still possesses incredible endurance and is capable of fighting even after sustaining serious injuries.

Japanese S-rank Hunter
Minoru Hoshino is a hunter associated with the Draw Sword Guild. He is a skilled combatant who has aton of experience raiding dungeons. Hoshino is a considerate person, but he can be quite intimidating when he gets serious.
Minoru Hoshino easily defeats Fiend Guild’s Lim Tae-Gyu during the sparring session before the Jeju Island raid.
6Baek Yoonho
White Tiger Guild’s Leader
Baek Yoonho is the sort of hunter who can single-handedly take on many high-level magic beasts by himself once he loses his temper. Specializing in transformation magic, he has an unpredictable combat style that utilizes his incredible strength and endurance.
Baek is one of the few hunters who have been to Jeju Island before and is traumatized by the experience. The fourth raid offers him a chance to redeem himself and demonstrate that he has overcome his past fears.

As a specialist in melee combat, he is a ruthless fighter who easily overwhelms Ma Dongwook in the joint sparring session before the raid. Tanaka loves to fight and is one of the few hunters who is excited to take onthe ants on Jeju Island.

Draw Sword Guild’s Atsushi Kumamotois a cowardly person despite being a fighter-class hunter. However, once he is invested in a fight after losing his temper, Kumamoto can be surprisingly strong.
During the Korea-Japan joint hunter sparring session, Atsushi easily dodges Baek Yoonho’s attacks and almost goes into the dangerous Berserker State after getting punched in the face by Cha Hae-In. Kumamoto can also move deceptively faster than most hunters, so much so that evenHae-In struggles to keep up with him.

Asia’s Best Female Hunter
Cha Hae-In once used to be a famous track athlete, but when an injury killed her career, she ended up becoming a hunter following her awakening. In a short time, she established herself as one of Korea’s best hunters and also became the vice guild master of the Hunters Guild.
Out of all the hunters I’ve met, he’s the first person that smells nice.
Cha Hae-In has a unique combat stylethat utilizes her swordsmanship skills to the fullest. As a specialist in melee combat, her abilities are invaluable for the Jeju Island raid.
1Goto Ryuji
Japan’s Greatest Hunter
Guild Master of the Draw Sword Guild, Goto Ryujiis an experienced hunter who is regarded as one of Asia’s best.As Japan’s strongest S-rank hunter, he leads his country’s contingent heading for the Jeju Island raid. Even before the raid is finalized, Goto and his close aides have done extensive research about the island and the evolving magic beasts there to form an effective strategy.
Ryuji also meets Chairman Go Gunhee to convince him to form a joint task force that will put their master plan into action. As a leader and an experienced strategist, Goto is expected to play an important role in the mission.
