Stealth is a skill that allows players to move around without being seen or heard. It includes thievery, lockpicking, and camouflage. While stealth is a skill players can level up by doing certain activities, it is also affected by Henry’s clothes. So, here’s how to build the best stealth outfit inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Updated May 27, 2025, by Taylor Pittman:This guide has been updated to reflect the changes to stealth clothing in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 implemented in Patch 1.2 on July 16, 2025. The hefty update included new stealth clothes and rebalanced existing clothes' visibility, conspicuousness, and noise levels.
How to Get Stealth Clothes in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Clothes and appearance play a huge role inKCD2. A nice outfit could be the difference between failing orpassing a dialogue check, and armor significantly changes battle stakes. Players can also dress for more inconspicuous activities if they want to steal or sneak around without bringing attention to themselves.
Players who participated in theKingdom Come: Deliverance Twitch DropsFebruary 12-20 got access to the Cutpurse Set, which is designed for sneaky behavior and stealth. The Cutpurse Set is also available by linking a PROS account and completing in-game activities for rewards.
Players should pay attention to three things when it comes to dressing for Stealth:
Noise and Visibility are the two most important factors to keep low. The lower they are, the more invisible Henry becomes to his enemies or his targetsas he commits thievery.
The main thing players want to do when picking their stealth outfit is to wear dark, simple clothes that help them blend in. Players can find certain things in black stocked at Tailor Shops, but clothes designed for thieves are harder to find.
Players will get a stealth outfit from the Miller in Lower Semine duringthe Materia Prima side questin Act One. However, they must steal the outfit themselves from the bathhouse in Zhelejov.
Stealing is one of the best ways to get stealth clothes. Bandits, Vagrants, and Ruffians usually wear black clothing, and players can knock them out and take the clothes off their backs. These shady characters can be found at roadside campsites or willappear randomly during fast traveling. Devil’s Den and the Hole in the Wall in the Kuttenburg area are good locations to find people wearing good clothes for stealth.

Other Ways to Increase Stealth
Since weapons make a lot of noise, players can equip a Dagger. Daggers are small weapons that allowHenry to complete stealth kills. Stealth can be leveled up by sneaking through restricted areas, picking lots, and stealth killing.
Players can read the Skill Books, “With the Silence of the Cat I-IV” toincrease their stealth stat. There are also several Stealth Perk points players can learn that give them temporary and permanent boosts to the stat, depending on the circumstances.
