When Does Season 2 Reloaded For Black Ops 6 & Warzone Release?

Season 2 Reloaded forBlack Ops 6andWarzoneis set tolaunch on Thursday, February 20, at 9:00 AM PTacross PC (Battle.net & Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The mid-season update will also go live forWarzone Mobileat the same time.

Multiplayer Maps

For the launch of Season 2 Reloaded, players can expect additional maps and game modes forBlack Ops 6Multiplayer. In terms of playable maps,Bulletenters the fray, serving as asmall Strike map for 2v2 and 6v6 gameplay.The highly anticipatedGrind remastered mapalso marks its debut for Season 2 Reloaded, having first appeared inBlack Ops 2. Grind will be available in Core Playlists as a6v6 medium-sized map.

Warzone Updates

Season 2 Reloadedprimarily focuses on quality-of-life updates forWarzone.However, players looking to enhance their loadouts can look forward to the introduction of theLow Profile Perk.Low Profile can be equipped in the Perk 1 slot, allowing players tomove much faster while crouched and prone.It also provides a stealth benefit, as eliminations made while this perk is active will not trigger death markers for enemy squadmates.

Zombies Content

Directed Mode for The Tomb arrives with the launch of Season 2 Reloadedon February 20, providing clear steps for players looking toconquer The Tomb’s main Easter Egg quest. While there isn’t much else in terms of additional content for the launch of Season 2 Reloaded, a surprise game mode will arrive with an upcomingBlack Ops 6crossover—exclusively for Zombies players.

Additional Weapons, Perks, & More

One of the most exciting content drops for Season 2 Reloaded is theassortment of Melee weapons, along with the second Special Weapon in the post-launch content forBlack Ops 6. A total of five melee weapons can be acquired in Season 2 Reloaded, alongside the return of the D1.3 Sector fromBlack Ops 3.

Here’s a quick breakdown of every new weapon arriving and how to unlock them:

Aside from additional weapons, players can also look forward to new armaments like Perks and Wildcards. The latest Perk arriving with Season 2 Reloaded isHunter’s Instinct, which can beequipped in the Perk 2 slot for Multiplayer.Hunter’s Instinct provides the benefit of marking the next nearest enemy after each elimination, making it an excellent option for aggressive players.

TheFlyswatter Wildcardwill also make its debut, allowing players to equip a Launcher in their dedicated Melee slot. Last but not least is the arrival ofthe Belt-Fed attachment, exclusive to Light Machine Guns,joining the roster of other Season 2 attachmentsas an Event Reward.

Limited-Time Events & Rewards

Throughout the remainder of Season 2, players can expect even more limited-time events, each offering a range of exclusive rewards, from additional Weapon Blueprints to wacky Operator Skins.

The first of these events isthe Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Event, running from February 27 to March 13. It featuresa special Event Passwith both a free track and a premium track available for purchase for 1,100 COD Points.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Event also introduces limited-time modes, includingthe TMNT Moshpit, which features Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint, now with abilities and special scorestreaks. Zombies also receives a new mode:Cowabunga Cranked, bringing the same abilities from the TMNT Moshpit into the popular round-based co-op mode.

TheSt. Patrick’s Day: Clover Craze Eventarrives just in time for the end of Season 2, debuting on March 13. This event is free for all players to participate in, offering 10 unique rewards that can be earned by collecting different types of clovers. The Mastery Reward for this event is the “Cloverleaf” Blueprint for the AMES 85 Assault Rifle.
