Summary
Netflix’s smash hit sci-fi horror showStranger Thingsis approaching its final season, with season five set to be released in 2025. After having such a tortured upbringing at the hands of Owens and his Nina Project, Eleven puts everything on the line to protect the people around her.
Eleven has gone toe-to-toe with every big bad in the series and has put her life in danger multiple times to protect her friends, but she is also the only character with the ability to fight back. Due to her powers, she can easily be considered one of thebravest characters inStranger Things, but the show also features equally brave heroes who have no supernatural abilities to fall back on.

Used His Connection To The Upside Down To Help
Will Byers has arguably been put through the most inStranger Things, beingabducted by the Demogorgan in Season One, before being tortured by the Mind Flayer in season two. Will’s bravery can fly under the radar, but it’s important to remember that he survived a week in the Upside Down.
Will displayed his bravery in resisting the Mind Flayer and, despite being taken over, giving the party the information they needed to defeat the creature in Morse ode. For a kid who’s been through so much, to stillstand tall against whatever comes from the Upside Downdisplays his bravery and makes him worthy of a spot among thebravest characters inStranger Things.

The Party’s Leader Displays His Bravery Many Times Over
Mike Wheeler gets toshow his bravery through his leadership of the partyinStranger Things. When Will disappears in season one, Mike refuses to accept that he vanished and leads the search for him, refusing to give up on his friend, regardless of the horrors that may come his way.
Mike continues to show his bravery throughout the series, standing beside Eleven during her fight with a possessed Billy, and constantly putting himself in danger to protect his friends and family. For these reasons, Mike firmly cements himself as one ofStranger Things' bravest characters.

Entered The Upside Down To Try And Find Barb
Nancy has showcased multiple times throughout the series that she is one of thebravest characters inStranger Things. Initially shown to bea smart and preppy studentwith aspirations of becoming a journalist, when Barb goes missing, Nancy puts herself on the line by trying to get her back.
Nancy always answers when danger calls, from her fight with the Demogorgan alongside Steve and Jonathan to visiting the Upside Down to try and destroy Vecna’s body in season four. Steve Always Looks To Protect The Party
Steve Harrington is introduced as the stereotypical jock but has gone on to become a fan favorite character inStranger Things. His relationship with the kids has grown stronger in each season, and he hasshown his bravery in the fights he’s taken on.
In season one, he returns just in time to take on the Demogorgan to help Nancy and Jonathan. In season two, he fights Billy to protect the kids. Bob Newby was introduced as Joyce Byers' boyfriend in season two ofStranger Things.He was shown to be a kindhearted and compassionate man, and he had Joyce’s best interests at heart.
Bob displayed his bravery by coming up with the plan to save the day, volunteering to turn the power on in the breaker room, despite there being danger around every corner. Sadly, he was made to pay the ultimate price in order to allow the others to escape.Bob’s death encapsulates his bravery, as he did everything he could to save the people he loved.

The Hawkins Police Chief Has Always Stood Up For The Kids
Hopper is without doubt a great character and thebravest character inStranger Things. Beginning the show haunted by his past, he has grown to be a hero who the town of Hawkins can rely on.
His bravery is on full display during the fight at Starcourt Mall, fighting back against the Russians controlling the base, before nearly dying while attempting to close the gate and save Eleven. He was then captured and fought a Demogorgan during his escape from a Russian prison, throwing himself into the line of fire repeatedly to protect others from the monsters of the Upside Down. Being just a normal guy and standing tall against everything that has been thrown at him make Hopper thebravest character inStranger Things.
