AfterMonster Hunter Wildsplayers completeChapter 3-5, they will “roll credits” for the game. Now, this doesn’t mean that the game is over -there’s still story content to see and new monstersto fight, so don’t fret if you think the campaign is a little too short.

He’s heard that you helped captureEndemic Life in the Plains for Dareel’s Research Report quest, and he wants you to do the same, but for theScarlet Forest. Specifically, Samin wants you tofind and capture a Dapperwing.

Ok, so we know that theDapperwing can be found exclusively in theScaret Forest, but the big question is where?
We managed to find apair of Dapperwingsitting on a branch underneath a bridge on the stone path that connectsAreas 10 and 12 in Scarlet Forest. you may use our images for reference. The spot in question is at thenorthern endof the corridor.
It’s worth noting that it was daytime when we found the Dapperwings in this spot.
Once you find the Dapperwing, go ahead andaim your Capture Net and fire it to catch the animal. You can equip your Capture Net by using the quick select tool; you can also hold the left bumper and scroll using Square and Circle (on PS5) or X and B (on Xbox) to find the Tool. It’ll be near the Fishing Rod, BBQ set, etc.
You can keep exploring the Forest if you want, or you can return to the Plains and speak to Samin to turn in the side quest.
