New players inDead Railsalways start with the None Class, or in other words, no Class at all. You do not get any abilities or modifiers. Moreover, you will only have a Shovel in your inventory. Of course, this is a good challenge for your skills, but by changing Classes, you can get a completely new experience inDead Rails, and for this, you need tovisit the Tailor.
His Shop is easy to spot in the lobby town because of the huge sign. Players just need to go inside and talk to the NPC to go to the Class selection menu. At the time of writing, there are 16 Classes inDead Rails, each of which costs a different amount of Bonds.
All Classes inDead Railsoffer various bonuses andstarting equipment, but the Doctor deserves special attention, as he can be both one of the best Classes and quite mediocre, depending on who is playing him. Thanks to the ability to heal other players without spending items, as well as having medicine items from the start, he is the best choice for playing in a team. However, you should change to another Class for solo runs.

Werewolf
During the night, your health, speed, and damage are doubled. But starting on the second day, your health, speed, and damage during the day are reduced by 10%. 1 Shovel
Vampire
Your movement speed and melee damage are doubled, but you take damage from direct sunlight. 1 Shovel and 1 Vampire Knife
Cowboy
1 Revolver, 2 Revolver Ammo packs, 1 Shovel, 1 Horse, and Saddle
You deal double Fire damage. 1 Shovel 4 Molotov
Ironclad
A Tier
Your movement speed is reduced by 20%. 1 Chestplate 1 Helmet 1 Right Shoulder Armor 1 Left Shoulder Armor 1 Shovel
1 Mining Helmet, 1 Pickaxe, 1 Shovel, and 2 Coal
Survivalist
Your ranged weapon damage is doubled. You also gain +1% to all melee and ranged damage for every 1 HP lost. 1 Tomahawk and 1 Shovel
High Roller
B Tier
Each Money Bag gives you 1.5x more money, but you are 10x more likely to be struck by lightning than other classes. 1 Shovel
Packmaster
Each wolf that bites you once is automatically tamed. 3 Wolves and 1 Shovel
Musician
Playing the banjo will slowly restore health to nearby players, but not to yourself. 1 Banjo
Priest
You are immune to lightning strikes. 1 Shovel, 2 Holy Water, and 2 Crucifix
Zombie
you’re able to eat corpses to restore health, and you are also less noticeable by enemies. But you cannot use Bandages or Snake Oil to heal. Shovel
Necromancer
C Tier
Killing an enemy with a melee weapon has a 25% chance of reincarnating them as a servant, but this will cost you 10 HP. Shovel
Conductor
While you are driving the Train, its max speed is 30% higher. 2 Coal
