This highly anticipated free update introduces a brand-newAladdin-inspired Realm, featuring beloved characters, exciting quests, and an array of newDisney Dreamlight Valleygameplay mechanics and improvements.
Launching on February 26,the Tales of Agrabah updatewill introduce an all-new Realm where players will join Aladdin and Jasmine in investigating the mysterious sandstorms wreaking havoc on their homeland. But the adventure doesn’t stop there because players will also have the opportunity to unlock the legendary Flying Carpet as a companion, adding a touch of magic to their journey.
Disney Dreamlight Valleyreleased a new Developer Update video, which shows that a new Realm door will open in the Dream Castle, allowing players to step into the bustling market of Agrabah. This adventure brings the arrival ofAladdin and Jasmine to the Valley, each with their own Friendship Quests and majestic Friendship Rewards. Players will also have the opportunity to unlock the iconic Flying Carpet as a companion. Spring festivities will also make a return, with a seasonal event featuring the Eggstravaganza.
The weekly DreamSnap challenges will help usher in the new season, whileScrooge McDuck’s storewill feature a mix of new and returning spring-themed merchandise. This update will also introduce four new Floating Islands in Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Glade of Trust, and Forgotten Lands, expanding exploration possibilities. The Premium Shop now includes an option to pin two bundles, allowing them to remain available until purchased or swapped out.
Additionally, the update brings significant improvements to the cooking experience, making meal preparation more seamless than ever. For home decorators, new room size customization options will allow for greater flexibility when designing interiors. Additional rooms can also be added to secondary houses, expanding the possibilities for creative layouts. Players will also have the ability to remove mailboxes from secondary houses for a cleaner aesthetic. A small but exciting addition includes the ability to offset the center of wallpaper designs, offering even more creative freedom for interior decorating. Players will alsoreceive a new Star Path.
