The ongoing sale had different start dates for each platform, which will consequently result in different end dates. Switch owners have the least amount of time to react to this promotion, as the eShop part of the sale concludes on March 10. Meanwhile,Steam usershave until March 13 to take advantage of the deal. Finally, the Xbox and PlayStation versions ofEA Sports FC 25will be discounted until March 17 and 27, respectively. The PC port appears to be doing particularly well right now, with Steam currently listing it as its fourth “Top Seller,” behindSplit Fiction,Monster Hunter Wilds, andREPO.
EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Edition Is Also on Sale Right Now
Select versions ofEA Sports FC 25’s Ultimate Edition are currently available at a 60% discount, thus retailing for $39.99. While this particular offer matches the Ultimate Edition’s best-ever price, it was already available on three occasions: twice in December 2024, and once in January 2025. The Ultimate Edition discount isn’t available on the eShop. In terms of differences, anyone who’s primarily interested in the game’s single-player modes will do well to stick with the more affordable Standard Edition.
Looking at historical pricing data,EA Sports FC 25has been dropping in price roughly as fast as its predecessor. However, its overall player spending has been much worse, leading toEA losing $6 billion in market capitalizationfollowing its latest financial report.
