Summary
Fortniteplayers discover that the resort and spa at Outlaw Oasis hides a deadly Easter egg if the rules there are not followed. It’s an exciting time for Fortnite players as the new season has finally arrived, transforming the map and bringing back a lawless feel toFortnite.
The new seasonal update has added plenty of new content for fans to dig into, while also addingMortal Kombatas the latestFortnitecollaboration. In addition to Sub-Zero making his debut in the battle royale, the new season places a stronger emphasis on heists once again with the debut trailer showcasing characters breaking into vaules, using Armored Trucks to secure valuable assets, a rocket drill, and more. Of course, these seasonal updates also introduce changes to the island and, with one specific point of interest, players will need to take note of the rules.
Thebig seasonal update forFortniteestablished new locations to visit, like Shiny Shafts, Crime City, and Lonewolf Lair. However, players have found an interesting Easter egg of sorts at Outlaw Oasis. The location is intended to be what Epic describes as a “high-end hangout luxury spa” and a location that the game’s lawbreakers go to unwind after a day full of heisting. Players have noted that the area does have some signs in certain areas, though they aren’t just for show.
Don’t Break The Rules At Outlaw Oasis
One in particular indicates that the hot tubs are intended for no more than 3 people. As noted on social media by Will, this sign isn’t just for fun, as putting an entire squad of 4 players in a hot tub at Outlaw Oasis will trigger a reaction, launching all 4 players high into the sky. While this may sound like a fun little Easter egg, the event can turn deadly as the game launches players high into the air that landing on the ground will instantly down them due toFortnite’s fall damage mechanic.
Along with the heist theme, this season also added a fictional rap beef between theFortnitecharacter Big Dill and Grammy-winning musical artist T-Pain. Set up around a fictional online report, the fake feud has T-Pain accusing Big Dill of stealing his work, using his beats to drop distracks. While many fans enjoyed the fictional feud, the “To Be Continued” text at the end of the video indicates that aT-Pain collaboration withFortniteis likely on the horizon.
