Fans can even name the young Tepetlisaur, also known as Lil' Buddy, before embarking on a mission to heal the Saurian in a volcano. While the leak does not specify how to add the Saurian to the Teapot, players will likely have to complete the final act of the quest series as a prerequisite. There is also a chance that fans could interact with the Saurian, similar to how invited characters have dialogues in the Teapot.
