The nation of Geo features towering mountains, which makes climbing a recurring theme in a lot of situations.Having a low stamina capacitycan lead to frustration in these instances. This is why upgrading the Statue of the Seven by collecting Geoculi spread across the nation’s five regions is important to have an easy time.
Minlin is probably the hardest area in terms of collecting Geoculus. However, if you have collectedall the Anemoculi in Mondstadt,you will have enough stamina to tackle the hardships in this region filled with awe-inspiring mountains that tower over the clouds. This guide shows you how to obtain all37 Geoculiin Minlin, the region that housesthe many Adepti of Liyue.
Minlin Geoculus Location 1
The best spot to start collecting Geoculus in Minlin is on the coast, which is directly opposite of Wangshu Inn. The first Geoculus in this area is on top of a hut that can be climbed.
Minlin Geoculus Location 2
Continue heading south to find this Geoculus floating above the river. Obtaining this Geoculus will require you to teleport to Wangshu Inn and drop from a high enough point, to ensure enough height to get the Geoculus while gliding.

After collecting the previous Geoculus, head forward to find another one floating in the air. Climb to the top of the nearby cliff and glide down from it to collect this Geoculus.

Continue heading forward until you stumble upon a cave that has a small entrance. Enter the hideout to find the Geoculus as well as an Exquisite Chest.

Head towards the closest teleport waypoint to the previous Geoculus to find one floating above a cliff. You can climb to a higher vantage point and glide down to get the Geoculus.

Head north from the teleport waypoint mentioned in the previous location. Climb some cliffs until you stumble upon some ruins that house a Geoculus. Be careful not toalert the Ruin Guards present in this area.

This time, you’ll have to head west from the teleport waypoint and climb the cliff until you reach the very top. From here, you may just glide down to obtain the Geoculus.

This Geoculus can be found on top of a hut that is along the path which leads to Qingyun Peak. If you struggle to spot the hut, there will be two NPCs named Flash-Fist Ling and Archaic Lord of Lightning and Blitz standing near the hut.

Continue forward on the path to Qingyun Peak to find the next Geoculus on top of a small Pagoda-like structure that cannot be climbed. Instead, climb up a nearby cliff to get enough height and glide down to collect the Geoculus.

Take a slight detour from the path leading to Qingyun Peak, and instead go through a small valley. Climb one of the cliffs and glide down to obtain the Geoculus.

The next two Geoculus can be found in proximity. The first one is under a bridge on the path to Qingyun’s Peak.

After obtaining the previous Geoculus, jump down from the waterfall and reach its base to find the second Geoculus in this small area.

Head over tothe locked Taishan Mansion domain. You will find it submerged underwater along with a Geoculus. Head over to the orange pillar guarded by Hilichurls and Abyss Mages. Defeat the enemies and activate the pillar to lower the water. While the water will not be fully drained, you may swim to obtain the Geoculus.

It’s time to take a detour from Jueyun Karst and collect Geoculus in the areas surrounding it. Head back to the Minlin coast and go north from the teleport waypoint to find this Geoculus on a rock.

Continue to follow the path that leads to theClear Pool and Mountain Cavern domain. Along the way, you can find a large tree. Climb to the top of the tree and glide down to obtain the Geoculus.

It’s time to reach the top of Mt. Aocang. Once you reach the base of the mountain, climb up the northern side to find this Geoculus. You can also spot two Eye of the Storms that can be defeated for free chests.

After reaching Mt. Aocang, drop into the area overlooking the Huaguang Stone Forest river to find a cave that houses a Geoculus along with a Geovishap and valuable ores.

Climb the northernmost mountain, near the river, in the series of mountains connected by wooden bridges in Huaguang Stone Forest. The Geoculus can be spotted at the very top of this mountain.

From the previous mountain, go eastward to another mountain that has a four-leaf clover pinwheel. Activate itwith an Anemo characterand use the currents to collect the Geoculus.

Simply drop from one of the aforementioned mountains or the Mt. Aocang teleport waypoint to obtain this Geoculus floating high in the air.

Head over to the Mt. Aocang teleport waypoint and glide towards the mountain with the four-leaf clover pinwheel to find the Geoculus.

The final Geoculus in Huaguang Stone Forest can be found near the mountain that borders Qingyun Peak. Drop from the Qingyun Peak teleport waypoint to collect it.

The next stop in Minlin will be Mt. Hulao. Head down from Huaguang Stone Forest and continue on the river’s path to find a Geoculus floating above the water.

This Geoculus can be found on top of a small structure, similar to Location 9, while heading to the top of Mt. Hulao. Find a high vantage point to glide from in order to get the Geoculus.

The best way to get this Geoculus is to activate the teleport waypoint. From here, you may drop to the part of the mountain where the waterfall is to find the Geoculus.

From the Mt. Hulao teleport waypoint, walk forward to spot the Geoculus on top of a small cliff.

Once again, jump from the Mt. Hulao teleport waypoint and glide towards the area where the Location 23 Geoculus was found. Along the way, you’re able to find a Geoculus within the clouds that can be collected.

The final Geoculus in Mt.Hulao can be found deep inside a pit that has a perennial wind current. Drop inside the pit to find the Geoculus near the bottom.

Tianqiu Valley is the penultimate sub-area in Minlin that contains Geoculi, with a total of three. The first one can be found near the ruins surrounded by the river. Climb the cliff to gain some height and collect the Geoculus.

The second one is on top of the central structure in Tianqiu Valley. you’re able to climb the nearbly cliffs or the structure itself to reach the top and obtain the Geoculus. Be careful to not interact with the tablet in the center of this area as it triggers adifficult world quest named “Trials in Tianqiu"that also locks you out of co-op mode.

The final Geoculus in Tianqiu Valley can be found near the border of Dunyu Ruins inside an abandoned tower. Climb the tower and go inside it to collect the Geoculus.
Minlin Geoculus Location 32
The final area, before returning to Jueyun Karst for the final few Geoculi, is Cuijue Slope. Two Geoculi can be obtained in this area, with the first one being on top of a pillar which is part ofthe Nine Pillars of Peace quest.

The second Geoculi is on top of a large tree that can be found by climbing the cliff overlooking the Nine Pillars of Peace.

The final four Geoculus in Minlin will require you to return to Jueyen Karst. Start from the teleport waypoint in the river below Mt. Aocang. Go forward to find a small cave where the Geoculus can be found.

Continue forward from the previous location by climbing the cliff on the left. Drop down when you spot a red tent below, as this is where you can find a Geoculus nestled in the side of the cliff.

The penultimate Geoculus in Minlin can be collected by going north from the cliff that you climbed in the previous location. Here, you can find another cliff which houses the Geoculus at the very top.

The final Geoculus requires the activation of three crane statues found on Mt. Hulao, Mt. Aocang and Qingyun Peak. Head to the marked locations and rotate the statues in a way where they face the orange pillar on Qingyun Peak. Once all three are activated, return to the Qingyun Peak teleport waypoint and follow the platforms to reach a mysterious abode that has the Geoculus, alongside two Precious Chests and a Luxurious Chest.
