While standing on the western part of the Natlan region and marking Ei, who is located on Narukami Island, the player determined that the map is just over 15 km (around 9.5 miles) wide. This experiment gained a lot of attention in the community, as the post received over 5.7k upvotes. Many players expressed disbelief, claiming there was no way the map was only 15 km wide. They had expected a much larger number, considering how long it takes to travel from one end to the other.

According to the main storyline, the volcano is located in the southwestern part of Natlan. RecentGenshin Impactleaks suggest that the volcano will feature impressive environmental effects.
Similar to Tsurumi Island’s mist and Sumeru’s pyramid visuals, these volcano effects will likely be removed after the associated World Quest is completed.
