Anderson’sIn The Lost Landsstars Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil) as Gray Alys andDave Bautista(Guardians of the Galaxy) as Boyce, who takes on the role of a witch and a hunter and journey together through a visually hellish landscape to find an artifact for a queen. Anderson also told SFX magazine that fans were in for a different take on the usual fairytale narrative withIn The Lost Landsand should expect plenty of gore and a few shocking surprises. “It’san adult fairy tale with bone-crunching violence and horrific surprises. Looks-wise, it’s very different from anything I’ve done before. I really wanted to embrace the mythic fairy tale quality of it, so it’s an R-rated fairy tale, that’s for sure.”
