How Does The Agitator Skill Work In Monster Hunter Wilds
The Agitator skill only activates when a large monster is enraged, and it will boost your attack and affinity the entire time the monster is enraged. To know when a monster is enraged, be sure totrack them with the Scoutfliesto get their heartbeat sensor along the bottom left side of the screen to activate. The color of the lines indicates how mad the monster is, with blue meaning fairly calm andred meaning enraged.
There’s no way to forcefully enrage a monster. Instead, you’ll just need to fight it as usual.After dealing a good amount of damage, the monster will get mad, and the heartbeat will turn red. YourPalico may alsocall out that the monster is enraged, helping you not take your eyes off your enemy. Monsters being enraged will usually see them burning themselves out after a few minutes of fighting. You’ll also see their heartbeat go back to blue when exiting combat for any reason.
While enraged, monsters will attack much more often and more frantically, so consider using traps to slow them down and take advantage of this skill.
