Players tryingBlacksmithing inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2will need a steady supply ofSkins from various animals, likeDeer, Pig, and Cow. The many recipes that require these manufactured leathers will have Henry running around Bohemia picking up whatever he can scrap from bandit camps and whatnot.
Below is a rundown on all the locations where players can supply themselves with a good amount of these materials. If they later find the need to level up Craftsmanship, they can always return to these spots to gather even more.
Where To Get Deer Skin In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Deer Skinis the most abundant of all these materials, and it can be found around Poacher and Bandit camps. Players can also purchase some units per day from the Gamekeeper in Zhelejov (his son is the vendor and also the Marksmanship tournament organizer) or from the General Goods vendor in Troskowitz.
It is also possible to get some Deer Skin from the Tanner in Zhelejov, but that NPC seems to be bugged at the moment and doesn’t offer trade to the players. That said, if players are up for some pickpocketing, they can steal a couple of Skins from him and break into his house to find tons of different types of Skins, too.Watch out for his dog, though. He can alert the Tanner when players are up to no good.
Where To Get Pig Skin In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Pig Skincan be purchased from the Butcher in Troskowitz, the General Goods vendor in the same town, or from the Blacksmith in Tachov, after players complete The Blacksmith’s Son Side Quest after talking to Radovan.
There’s also a chest containing Pig Skin in an abandoned farm near the Troskowitz Cementery. Players will requireMedium Lockpicking skills (10)to open the chest successfully and lots of patience.
Where To Get Cow Skin In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Cow Skinis available for purchase from the Blacksmith in Trosky Castle and also from the Cobbler there. Players can also find some units in the General Vendor in Troskowitz, and from the Butcher in the same town.
Alternatively, players can raid a respawning Bandit camp onthe road from Zhelejovto the Nomad Camp, which always has a couple of Cow Skins in the loot chest. But this might be the most dangerous option, since there are six bandits camping near the road, and they can be quite problematic to deal with during the early game.
