Vault over the wall and head past the farmstead to spot the towering Lighthouse along the shoreline.
After approaching the structure, you’ll spot a ladder leading up to the exterior of the Lighthouse. You must start climbing the lighthouse as the Arcanist’s Boots are at the top.
