Where to FInd the My Loyal Shield Map in Avowed
To begin the “Treasure Map - My Loyal Shield” side quest inAvowed,you’ll have to reachGalawain’s Tusks,the game’s fourth region. Once you’ve reach the home of the Wardens of Solace Keep, you’ll want to make your way toSouthern Warden Tower,which is directly north from the region’s starting point.
When you reach Southern Warden Tower, you want to look forStockkeeper Eberk.He may be engaged in conversation when you first encounter him. If so, simply wait for the conversation to end, and he’ll take his place directly outside the front entrance to the tower.
This map is more expensive than most, with a cost of 5,220 Skeyt.
How to Solve Treasure Map - My Loyal Shield in Avowed
Looking at the image depicted in theMy Loyal Shield treasure map, it’s clear that the solution revolves around locating a specificGodless tower. However, most of the regions feature several of these ancient ruins, so it may not be obvious which tower this is referring to. Luckily, you won’t have to go too far from the Southern Warden Tower to collect the treasure.
Aside from the tower, the other landmark in the image appears to be some kind of construction on a hill. If you’ve visited theTwinedwoodarea, you may recognize that this is the warden pyramid being constructed. This means the area you are trying to reach is northwest of the Southern Warden Tower.
Looking at the map, you’ll find the tower along the western edge of Twinedwood. Look for the small, beige-colored circle just south of theOutcast Tower Camp. You’ll see that there is a very slim between the rock formation the circle is on, and the western edge of the map. This is where you want to go.
As you approach the formation on foot, you’ll see the tower on top. Head around the back to that slender path, and you’ll find a series of rock ledges for you to climb. At the top, turn right, and you’ll see a domed structure at the top of the hill. Climb the final two ledges and enter the structure.
Inside the structure, you’ll see that there is a cable running from the outside area to a desk in the center of the chamber. Kneel in front of the desk, and you’ll find aswitchyou can interact with. Once you trip the switch, follow the cable outside to the open door.
After entering the hidden chamber, drop into the lower level. There, you’ll find the treasure chest that containsTime’s Tarnish +2.
