Season 2 Reloaded forBlack Ops 6introduced a variety of content for players to dive into, including the arrival of the Bullet Strike map, the return of Grind, andthe debut of modes like TMNT Moshpitfor Multiplayer and Cowabunga Cranked for Zombies. That’s not all, as a wide range of additional armaments have also arrived.
While many of the weapons introduced at the launch of Season 2 werefirearms like the Cypher 091and the Feng 82, those arriving with Season 2 Reloaded instead take the form of an assortment of melee weapons. Each can be used to cut down opponents at close range, but feature unique unlock methods compared to other weapons in the game. Here’show to unlock every melee weapon inBlack Ops 6Season 2.
How To Unlock The Sai, Bo Staff, Nunchaku, & Katanas in Black Ops 6
While most of the weapons included with the post-launch content are usually tied to the current Season’s Battle Pass or take the form of a reward for a limited-time event, much of the arsenal of melee weapons introduced with Season 2 Reloaded instead enters the Armory, requiring players tocomplete Armory Unlock Challenges to acquire them.
To access the Armory, players can do the following:
Here, players should seethe Sai, Bo Staff, Nunchaku, and Katanasas Armory Unlocks. From here, players can simply select the weapon they would like to unlock to activate the Armory Unlock Challenge.
The Armory Unlock Challenge for each weapon is toearn a total of 250,000 XPin any ofBlack Ops 6’smodes, or throughCall of Duty: Warzone. However,players will have to complete this challengeindividually for each weapon.
Once players have accumulated a total of 250,000 XP upon activating the Amory Unlock Challenge for their desired melee weapon, it will be made available toequip in the player’s dedicated melee slotfor their loadouts.
How To Unlock The Skateboard in Black Ops 6
While almost all the melee weapons are available through the Armory for the launch of Season 2 Reloaded,the Skateboardinstead requires a different unlock method. The Skateboard is a reward tied to the free track oftheTeenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesEvent Pass.
To unlock it, players will need toearn 70,000 XP during the event’s run, which begins February 27 and runs through to March 13. Once unlocked, the Skateboard will be available to equip in the player’s dedicated melee slot for their loadouts.
Once theTeenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesEvent ends on March 13 at 10 AM PT, the Skateboard will alsoenter the Armoryfor those who have not already unlocked it.
