The Forest’s Fluttering outfit inInfinity Nikkiis a4-Star Fresh-themedlook that can be obtained fairly early in the game, during the events of Chapter 1 and 2 in themain story questlineafter you’ve unlocked the Pear-Pal and your bug-catching ability outfit. To get it, you’ll need access to the Distant Sea Resonance Banner, the game’s permanent banner. This means that the banner and all of its included outfit pieces are available indefinitely, regardless of updates or seasonal events.
To pull from this banner, you’ll need a supply of blue-coloredResonite Crystals(as opposed to the pink-colored Revelation Crystals) and/or enoughDiamondsto exchange for Crystals. Each one costs120 x Diamondsand a stack of 10 Crystals will set you back1,200 x Diamonds. Keep in mind thatDiamondscan be used for both temporary and permanent banners, so choose wisely what you want to spend on each.
