In a continuation of this trend, Reddit user Master_Rawl recently came across an NPC called Johann Silverfist while exploring the second region ofKingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The name is a playful reference to Johnny Silverhand, one of the major characters from theCyberpunkfranchise, who’sportrayed by Keanu Reeves in CD Projekt Red’sCyberpunk 2077. Master_Rawl’s discovery amassed thousands of upvotes and emerged on the front page of the r/KingdomCome subreddit in mid-February 2025, suggesting that many players haven’t yet come across this Easter egg.

Where To Find Johann Silverfist in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Without spoiling too much, Johann Silverfist can be found shortly after firstreaching Kuttenberg inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2. He’s connected to a quest called Kuttenberg Tournament, which can be undertaken after completing Ars Dimicatoria—itself started by preventing a street conflict north of the Iron Eagle Tavern during the day. With Ars Dimicatoria out of the way, players can start Kuttenberg Tournament by speaking with Menhard van Frankfurt at the city’s Swordfighting Guild. Kuttenberg Tournament is a repeatable quest, with Johann Silverfist being one of a couple dozen named characters connected to it.

KC:D2is not the first Warhorse Studios game that has a connection to one of CD Projekt Red’s RPGs. Speaking to the stable owner there also led to a humorous exchange where the character claimed Roach was sold to him by an “odd Polish fellow.”
