Showcased during thelatest PlayStation State of Play,Darwin’s Paradoxis a side-scrolling action-adventure platformer in development for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch. It revolves around an octopus protagonist named Darwin who, after being removed from his natural habitat, finds himself in the midst of a world domination plot devised by a villainous food company. Darwin’s Paradox is a Game from Veteran Industry Leads

Created by ZDT Studio, a French developer established in 2022,Darwin’s Paradoxhas significantly experienced industry leads behind the project. These notable figures include Romuald Capron, ex-studio director at Xbox’s Arkane Lyon, and Cedric Lagarrigue, the founder and former CEO of Focus Entertainment. While Capron brings his expertise to the table after shipping highly rated titles such asDeathloopandtheDishonoredseries, Lagarrigue previously honed his skills working on theFarming Simulatorgames and the 2017 action RPGThe Surge. Given their combined decades of experience and their illustrious portfolio of past works, players may expect to receive a high-quality, polished platformer when the Konami-published game eventually rolls out.
