NetEase is in active communication with Sony over when and how the situation will be resolved, the statement reads.

Fans Are Growing Frustrated With the PSN Outage
Although theMarvel Rivalsdeveloper is currently communicating with Sony, the PS5 maker still isn’t talking to fans about what’s going on. The company’slack of updates on the PSN outage has agitated some PlayStation users, who have been taking to social media to voice their frustrations with the interruption of service since February 7. Some fans are already likening the situation to the 2011 PSN outage, which ended up lasting for nearly a full month and was the platform’s longest interruption of service in history.
Until whatever is presently plaguing the PlayStation Network is dealt with, no PS4 or PS5 games can be played online. The outage also affects other aspects of the service, preventing any account management actions and game streaming, among other activities. The web version of the PlayStation Store is currently accessible, but no purchases can be completed through it. Game Rant’s testing suggests that even just logging into the PlayStation Store through a web browser isn’t a possibility right now.
PlayStation PC games with PSN account integrationare affected by the ongoing outage as well. E.g., the multiplayer Legends mode in the Steam version ofGhost of Tsushimais presently unavailable.
