The Thing will be the title’s newest Vanguard, which means he’ll have a robust health pool and ample ways to protect his teammates. He can even slam the ground, manipulating terrain to toss enemies into the air while dealing damage to nearby structures.
In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games shared patch notes that detail upcoming bug fixes, features, andbalance changes coming toMarvel Rivals. In response to feedback, the developers are making a change to the Quick Match mode. When a match is nearing its end and loses a player, they will no longer be replaced. Many people were asking for this feature after being repeatedly thrown into situations where a game would immediately end after joining.Marvel Rivalsis also giving players the ability to completely delete their account, which was not possible previously.

NetEase Games is also introducing an option that will allowMarvel Rivalsplayers rankedat Diamond 3 and above to hide their name at the beginning of matches. This is also a feature the community has asked for, as some players would be directly targeted at the start of a match and have their main hero banned by the opposing team. The developers have also worked on optimizing the game and stated that fans should be able to enter matches more quickly than before.

Server maintenance is scheduled to begin at 1 AM PST and is expected to last for three hours. During this time, the game will be unavailable. With so much content just around the corner, many fans are excited about the upcoming update on February 21.
