In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games revealed a first look at gameplay of the new Lingering Imprint outfit forVenom inMarvel Rivalsreleasing on March 6 at 6 PM PST. The costume makes the large hero even bulkier, trading his usually smooth costume for jagged edges that look more like stones and spikes. Portions of his body, like his eyes, also have a yellow glow, which is different from any of the hero’s other skins. However, many fans may be happy to see that he still has his signature white spider on his chest and back. While the skin seems to take inspiration from the Agent Venom costume, it isn’t a direct translation from the comics.

The cosmetic bundle for the Lingering Imprint skin also contains an emote of Venom writhing in pain from sonic waves, one of the character’s famous weaknesses. In addition to the emote, players who choose to purchase the bundle will receive a spray and MVP screen. The developers also revealed gameplay of theTwilight Duo skin for Cloak and Dagger inMarvel Rivals, which features a dapper aesthetic based on fashion from Sicily.

Additionally, NetEase Games recently released punk-themed skins for Magik andHulk inMarvel Rivals. Magik’s Punkchild skin shows her wearing her long white hair in pigtails with bangs covering her eyes. She’s also sporting thick black boots and fishnets that go up to her knees, punctuated by a short black and purple skirt. Meanwhile, Hulk has been given a big makeover that features numerous tattoos and a green mohawk. His Monster Hulk form is even larger than normal and has thick black spikes protruding from his body.
