As soon asKingdom Come: Deliverance 2players find themselves punished for raising some dust in the city of Troskowitz, reaching the wedding at Semine becomes the primary focus for Henry. Thankfully, there seem to be two different ways to step into the wedding.
Now, if the player decides to reach the wedding with the help of the miller Kreyzl, they will be embarking on a long journey of thievery, deception, and stealth. It will, of course, begin with carrying sacks, but it will end with some exciting stealth plans. Here’show to complete the Materia Prima quest inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
How To Start Materia Prima In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Residing in a mill at Lower Semine, players can find Kreyzl either working next to his house or by the small pond on the west side of his home. After talking to him about the wedding, players must accept to help Kreyzl with carrying sacks of flour.
This is the longer path. If you have ahigh score in Thievery (10 or above), respond to Kreyzl by saying “You don’t have anything better,” when he offers to carry sacks. Then, choose the option for Thievery, and this willskip the flour-carrying part.
If Henry proceeds with carrying flour, he will be tasked with putting said sacks of flour into a wagon from the nearby storage room between Kreyzl’s house and the small pond. After carrying 5 or 6 sacks, Henry will notice something suspicious, and the real deal will begin, with Kreyzl tasking Henry to steal a letter from Troskowitz.
Best Way To Get The Letter During Materia Prima
This mission will require pickpocketing in one way or another, but if you manage to do it well, there will beno need for lockpicking, which is a much harder task.
There are a few things that the player must do to increase their pickpocketing time without the victim noticing them. The first is toget the Thievery clothing from Dorothy at Zhelejov. She will ask for199 coins, which can be earned easily byplaying some Dice games, but if you have a high score in theSpeech skill (above 10), you’re able to talk your way out of it.
The clothing will actually help Henry to make less noise and become less visible, both of which willinccrease the pickpocketing timehe earns during the process of stealing. If you don’t manage to earn the clothing, however, make sure to wear something simple with a darker color. Get rid of anything that may make noise, especially heavy, iron-made armor or any weapons.
Now, make your way to Troskowitz before 12 PM in the daylight -10 AM is ideal- and head to the building marked in the image below. The building’s door must be open. Head straight in and enter the room on the opposite side of the cooking pot, and you will find two guards sleeping there. Pickpocket both of them andsteal their keys. One of those keys will open the chest holding the letter.
Now, the chest is located in the basement. Behind the asleep guards, there is a staircase leading to the basement, but you can’t rush in, as there is a guard just sitting in front of the case. So, crouch and head down the stairs, and at the foot of the staircase,throw a rock towards the wall on the right. The guard will notice this; when he goes to check it, throw another rock into the corridor in front, and while he is checking that, throw one more rock even further down the corridor.
This will send the guard a good distance away, giving Henry just enough time to open the chest on the left side of the staircase and pick up the letter. Quickly go up after getting the letter.
Materia Prima Outcomes In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After getting the letter, Henry could do two different things. For one, he can talk toBailiff Thrushand tell him about the deal with Kreyzl. If Thrush isn’t sitting next to the building, he is probably outside, roaming around the trader’s hut. He usually guards the chest building before 10 AM, though.
If Henry tells everything to Thrush, he will offer Henry to become his snitch. So, while he will let Henry work for Kreyzl, he will ask the player to report on him, so that they can eventually arrest Kreyzl once enough evidence is available.
Keep in mind that Henry can also confess everything to Thrush before stealing the letter, but it still won’t change the mission.
The outcome of this branching path will show its result after completing the next quest for Kreyzl and reporting to Thrush.
The other way to continue the mission, though, is to avoid talking to Thrush about the matter and just deliver the letter to Kreyzl, which is the ordinary way to do it.
Delivering the letter will put an end to this side quest but follow up with another mission from Kreyzl.
