Castlevania: Nocturne Season 3 Is a Possibility, but It’s up to Netflix
In an exclusive interview withCollider, directors Adam Deats and Sam Deats expressed their heartfelt desire to continue to delve into the vastCastlevaniauniverse but stated that it wasn’t solely up to them to make season 3 happen, as the decision was ultimately up to Netflix and if fans really wanted another season. However, Sam did mention that if they could come back for a third season, they would be interested inadaptingSymphony of the Night, something many fans of the franchise would love to see happen and the perfect next step for the series.
“Certainly, we have tried to set the stage for and have always wanted to do a Symphony of the Night adaptation. But, as Adam said, there is a broad universe in Castlevania. This isn’t our first rodeo when it comes to the question mark in between seasons.”
It’s understandable that Sam and Adam are cautious about planning too much ahead forCastlevaniadue to Netflix’s unpredictable history of canceling shows. Despite amazing viewership and a dedicated fanbase, the directors seem to be urging those interested in seeing more of the animated series to continue to support it by tuning in.
