The Book Will be Supervised by Eiichiro Oda

Ace, despite having died a long time ago in theOne Piecestory, remains to be one of the most popular characters among the fans, having been a highlight in the final arc of the pre-timeskip, Marineford.

With how beloved he is, it isn’t surprising in the least to know that a book about him is set to be released soon. This book will be considered canon material, as it has been confirmed that it will be supervised by Eiichiro Oda himself, the author of theOne Pieceseries.

The release date of this book has already been confirmed. It is set to be released on March 4th, 2025, so about a month from now.

However, while not specified right now, this is more than likely just a Japanese release. This means that for fans outside of Japan, there will be a longer wait to get this book, if ever. Not all One Piece books get translations, and those that do can take years.

This book will focus onthe character of Portgas D. Ace, the son of the pirate king Gol D. Roger.

This book will have a total of 484 pages, and will focus on Ace’s life from birth to death.

Not much else is known concerning this book and its contents, but from the little information, fans can assume it will cover events such as Ace’s childhood with Luffy and Sabo, Ace’s start as a pirate, and how he started his own pirate crew, how he joint the Whitebeard pirates eventually, his travel to Wano, and finally, his final moments in Marineford.
