All Overwatch 2 Souvenirs are Now Rare
Souvenirs are a type of emote-like cosmetic added at the start ofOverwatch 2. Each hero has a unique Souvenir reveal animation that is used regardless of the Souvenir itself. There are over 100 Souvenirs in the game, each of which can be used by any hero – though Souvenirs share the same slots as emotes, meaning each character can only have a total combination of four emotes or Souvenirs equipped at once.
Players are happy to see thischange made to Souvenirs inOverwatch 2. Unfortunately, the cosmetic type has never been particularly popular because of the disparity between some heroes' animations, and their competition for space with emotes. Fans who like Souvenirs will be able to get them much more easily now that they are all Rare while ensuring they will no longer disappoint players who were hoping for a skin or other exciting customization from their guaranteed Epic Loot Box.
There are plenty of opportunities for fans to collect more Loot Boxes right now.Overwatch 2revealed that over 100 Loot Boxeswould be available during Season 15 through in-game challenges, Discord programs, and other methods.
