New Zealand developer Grinding Gear GameslaunchedPath of Exile 2as an early access titleon July 17, 2025. Since then, the studio has put out two dozen patches for its action RPG, revising it 2.5 times per week on average.

Yet anotherPath of Exile 2update materialized on February 17. Identified by version number 0.1.1d, this is the game’s 25th patch to date. The highlight of the new update is the Map Stash tab, which comes equipped with half a dozen sub-stashes for every tier ofPath of Exile 2Waystones. With 6 sub-stashes capable of holding 96 Waystones each, the tab’s total storage capacity amounts to 576. Individual containers can be customized with user-defined names and colors, with players also being able to switch their visibility to public to list their items on the Trade website.

Populating the sub-stashes introduced in thenewPath of Exile 2updateis as simple as Control-clicking a Waystone from one’s inventory. Doing so will transfer the selected item to the corresponding section of the Map Stash tab, based on its tier. Console players can replicate this functionality by moving the inventory cursor over a Waystone and pressing the stash button, which corresponds to Y on the Xbox Series X/S and triangle on the PS5.

The 0.0.1d update enables the Havenwood Cloak DLC cosmetic, in addition to making some targeted adjustments geared toward improving performance on Microsoft’s consoles. MultiplePath of Exile 2bug fixesare also part of the package, including a solution for a visual issue that caused the game to display the wrong Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence attribute values on the Passive Skill Tree when using a controller.

The 0.0.1d update debuted exactly one week afterPath of Exile 2received the 0.0.1c patch on February 10, marking the game’s third revision since the turn of the month. Grinding Gear Games is expected to continue refining its action RPG on a weekly basis as it continues preparing for its full-fledged release. The studio previously said thatPath of Exile 2will stay in early access for at least six months, so the version 1.0 launch isn’t expected to arrive before May 2025. While the pre-release build of the game retails for $29.99, the finished product will be free-to-play.
