As for the Nightmare Mourning Aix, Phoebe benefits from a main Echo that offers her the ability to deal much more DMG to enemies affected by Spectro Frazzle. The main Echo also increases her Spectro DMG by 12%, helping her deal more DMG.

Additionally, Phoebe gets a massive increase in her Basic and Heavy Attack DMG, which are her core skills when dealing DMG as a main DPS. What makes Luminous Hymn her BiS is the fact that it also buffs her Sub-DPS role by further improving her Confession Outro Skill and buffing Spectro Frazzle DMG for the next character.
