Summary

An artistically talented and prolificPokemonfan artist is catching the attention of literally thousands of fellowPokemonfans thanks to their impressive artwork of a mecha version of Vaporeon. While a favorite among many longtime fans of the franchise in its regular form, this mecha Vaporeon seems to be leaving an impression on quite an above-average number of fans, and is the latest in what seems to be an ongoing series of mecha versions of different Pokemon.

One of Eevee’s potential final evolutions - alongside Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon - Vaporeon is a pure Water-type introduced as part ofPokemon’s very first generation. Easily identifiable by its neck frills and two-tone blue coloring, this particular Eeveelution seems to be a favorite among its other possible forms, and thanks toVaporeon’s addition toPokemon TCG Pocket, will likely only increase in popularity.

The artwork appears to use almost the exact same face asthe same artist’s mecha Eevee artwork, with the remainder of the piece having its own unique design.

The mecha Vaporeon is clearly a hit amongPokemonfans on the site, with the artwork racking up an astounding 11,000 upvotes within just a few hours of being posted.
