If you’re looking to farm Promo-A Vol. 5 packs during the event,a standard Celebi ex & Exeggutor ex deckis your best option. Since you’ll be facing four Garchomp ex-themed Fighting-type decks, a Grass-type lineup gives you a significant advantage. Alternatively, you can also dominate the event using a Leafeon ex & Celebi ex setup.
If you’re aiming to complete all Battle Tasks, you’ll need a no-ex deck. We’ve already compiled a list of severalviablePokemon TCG Pocketdecks without ex cards, but the best option is the Magnezone & Hitmonlee setup, which offers strong early-game damage.
