This is a major step forward for the studio, and it could bring even more scares to gamers.
The renewedBloober Team and Konami partnershipis still quite secretive at the moment, but the obvious expectation is for the former to be working on anotherSilent Hillgame. Both parties have yet to confirm if this new project is actuallySilent Hill, but it’s the most likely choice. This also raises plenty of questions about whichSilent Hillentry it could be.
Bloober Team Would Be the Perfect Studio to Breathe New Life Into Several Silent Hill Chapters
The First Silent Hill Feels Like a No-Brainer

Considering that it’s the chapter that kicked the rest of the series off, it deserves a fresh coat of paint.The studio nailed the atmosphere ofSilent Hill 2, and the horror-focused team would likely be able to do so again withSilent Hill. From the details of the characters to the overall story, Bloober Team truly didSilent Hill 2justice, and it would be exciting to see its predecessor get the exact same treatment.

This is another entry that remains a staple in the long-running horror series.Silent Hill 3is one of the most notable horror titles to be released for the PS2, and seeing Heather Mason’s dark journey reimagined in a modern light is bound to bring the game’s scares up to a brand-new level. If these rumors happen to be proven true, though, Bloober Team would be a strong team to craft one, or even both.
