This has created some level of joy among fans of the series as they have followed the series since its publication.
The series was created by Ryūto and is illustrated by Tetsuhiro Nabeshima; it has gained quite significant popularity. In February 2025, the projected number of its copies in circulation is over 1.3 million, in both print and electronic versions. This is evident in the fact that it is a popular manga and its recent shift to animation was highly awaited.

Fans were wondering why this Isekai had not yet been adapted into an anime due to its setting,which fits perfectly into an anime. But with this reveal, it’s not too long before we get more news, especially regarding the studio and cast behind it.

The original storyline was initially written by Ryūto, which has been published online at Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let’s Become Novelists) since February 2019. It’s being serialized on a web novel site named “The Sneakers Pick Up” and was then acquired by Kadokawa for a printed version, the first of which was published in July 2019 and illustrated by Tetsuhiro Nabeshima. Since then, it has grown, and the 13th volume has been available in stores since September 2024, and everyone is eagerly waiting for the 14th volume that is planned to be released on June 14, 2025.
