Realis a wheelchair basketball manga – one of the few sports manga focusing on a Paralympic sport. For many, it is even better thanSlam Dunk(the series are unrelated, but some suspect they are set in the same universe). Most of the characters are marginalized people who love to play basketball.Realhas been serialized since 1999, but the series has gone through a long hiatus from 2014 to 2019. Luckily, anew chapter will be released later this month.
Real Chapter 100 Release Date
AlthoughYoung Jumpis a weekly magazine, Inoue currently drops a new chapter every 3 months – this latest chapter (Chapter 99) came out in November 2024. While the series follows a regular schedule, it is also a sparse one, and fans are sometimes confused.
Chapter 100 will be released in the upcomingYoung Jumpissueset for June 04, 2025. Chapter 101 is expected to be out in May, but this is yet to be confirmed.
Chapters are also addedto theYanJanservice(Young Jump’s version of the Shonen Jump+ service) in Japanese – a few chapters can be read for free, but most need to be bought using coins.
VIZ Medialicenses the series in the US, but, unfortunately,VIZ does not publish individual chapters simultaneously with the Japanese release. WhileShonen Jumpgets chapters published globally at the same time, mostYoung Jumptitles are not published simultaneously, so fans need to wait for the next volume to keep up with the series.
