Q: So, what’s next on the horizon? Do the three of you have any goals for the future?

Ishitani: I don’t think about the future. I always think whatever I’m working on at the moment is going to be my last work. Although if I do take on another project, l am interested in feature films. I’ve been saying I wanted to get involved with a theatrical production for a while, but I haven’t had the opportunity to do so. I’d like to try working on a feature-length film at least once.

Mori: I’d also like to try working on a feature film. And I want to continue to improve as a keyframe artist.

What this Means for the Future of One Piece Movies

While these two have expressed they would like to work on a feature film, right now, there are no announced movies forOne Piece, although there should be one soon enough, as it has been a whilesince the release of Film Red, which was a gigantic success at the Box Office.

However, even if a movie is announced forOne Piece, there is no guarantee these two will work on it. Although, if they did,One Piecefans would be more than excited as their work never disappoints.
