Players can get The Disappointer unique pistol from amerchant located in the Paradis Hightownin the Dawnshore region ofAvowed. You’ll need to simply travel to the High Marketfast-travel beacon inside the Paradis Hightown. After spawning in the market, keep heading toward the northwest corner of the area, through the alleyways.
Meeting the Hidden Merchant
After arriving at the marked location, you’ll meet a hidden merchant namedKerdhed “Cutty” Colen. If it’s the first time you’re interacting with him, he’ll engage you in a conversation. He’ll ask how an Aedyran came to see his wares, as he wasn’t expecting the Envoy to go scourging around in alleyways.
As the conversation goes on, he’ll introduce himself as a trader of lost things. If you have a level 2 intellect stat, you’ll be able toaccuse the merchant of being an ordinary fence. This will allow you to either take the high road and threaten to shut the merchant down or demand a bribe from him. Don’t select the former choice, as it will block you from accessing the merchant.
