Tiny Pastureisa cozy idle gamethat puts a quaint little farm at the bottom of your desktop. You’ll see your animals running around, taking a nap, and dropping coins every now and then as you go about your work. Since it takes up minimal resources, it shouldn’t affect anything else while you use your PC.

But even though it’s an idle game, there are a few things that you’ll have to manage from time to time. For instance, you’ll need to clean up the Animal Poop or else your Animals will start to get sick. But the most important thing you’ll have to do is give them Food to keep their Fullness up.

How Food Works in Tiny Pasture

When you unlock and buy an animal, it starts as a baby with 50% Fullness. To help it grow, you need to feed it until its Fullness reaches at least 60%. At that point, the Time Until Adulthood bar will begin progressing, and once it fills up, the animal will become an adult and start storing coins for you.

Of course, the Fullness meter will start to go down after a while. And if it drops below 50%, the Stored Earnings meter will pause, meaning the animal won’t earn you any coins. That means you’ll have to feed your Animals regularly if you want them to generate coins for you.

To see all the Food items you have available to you, head into the Shop and check the Items section. Carrots are available by default, and the rest of the Foods unlock as you raise more animals to adulthood on your farm. And it’s worth unlocking them as newer Food items raise your animal’s Fullness by a greater amount. For example, Carrot, the default Food item, provides 5 Fullness. Cheese, on the other hand, raises fullness by 23.
