Points of No Return in KCD2

There are several points of no return inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and while not all of them will directly lead to the cancellation or disqualification of previous quests, they do involve long story mission sequences where players are expected to lock in and focus on an objective due out of urgency. While doing these missions, you won’t be able to fast travel away orpass the time as you would normally.

Trosky Points of No Return

There are two ways to completetheWedding Crashersquest inKCD2: you can either help the Tachov blacksmith or go to the Miller in Lower Semine in hopes of getting an invitation to young lord Semine’s wedding. If you do one of these paths and immediately head to the wedding after, you won’t be able to experience the other path without loading a save. Moreover, completing this quest immediately thrusts you intoFor Whom The Bell Tolls, which will further prevent you from leaving the quest area.

Meanwhile, theFor Victoryquest will set you on a long chain events that culminates in theStormquest. If you start this quest, you won’t be able to proceed with the Demons of Trosky and Bad Blood quests. Once you speak with Hans Capon at the end of For Victory, you’ll get a message warning you to finish any business you’ve left unattended.

Starting this quest won’t cancel any sidequests you have going in the background, but you won’t be able to freely exit the premises of The King’s Gambit until you complete the main objective.

Meanwhile, theOratoresquest serves as a major point of no return, like For Victory. Doing this quest will automatically fail several quests, including Bellatores, The Thunderstone, and The White Roebuck, though you will get a warning message once you reach this point. More quests might get canceled once you proceed with Oratores — if you’re not sure if a quest will automatically fail after this point of no return, save your game before proceeding.
