Alchemy is a greatly expanded mechanic inKingdom Come: Deliverance 2that requires players to personally complete every step in brewing a potion before they get it. While this can be a tedious task when brewing a lot, it adds an incredible level of immersion, along with giving you the ability to determine the quality of a potion beyond RNG.
Before you can get to an Alchemy Bench andstart brewing, you’ll need to collect specific herbs found throughout the world. A common Herb you’ll find yourself needing a lot of isChamomile; here’s where to farm it easily.
Where To Get Chamomile In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
During the prologue for the game, you’ll be tasked with gathering ingredients to make aChamomile Brewto help Hans. Head toBozhena’s Meadow and look to the left of the bench to the fallen treeto find multiple clumps ofChamomile. This location can easily be traveled back to later in the game, making this a great location to farm Chamomile whenever you’re nearby.
The mostcommon place to find Chamomile is actually in towns, specifically the first town Troskowitz. If you look off the main roads to the grassy patches on the sides especially around fences, you’ll find a lot of Chamomile. You’ll especially find some by the southern gate, or the small garden right next to the Apothecary’s house. While this is someone’s personal garden, you can pick the Chamomile there without worrying or upsetting anyone.
Towns are the best place to get Chamomile and are alsofast travel spots, making it an easy herb to farm when it respawns.
When Does Chamomile Respawn In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
While Chamomile does respawn after many in-game days, it’s not recommended to simply exploitskipping timeand farming more right away. That being said, therespawn rate for Chamomile will be multiple in-game days. While it does take multiple days for them to respawn, they usually spawn in large patches which can easily be farmed to give you more than you need.
Unless you plan on using the newly picked Chamomile right away, it’s also best to take it to a nearby drying rack to dry it out so it lasts longer.Dried Chamomiledoes last longer, but also leads to lower-quality potions when used.
