The Emperor’s Reach

From the Eagle’s Reach Party Camp, head southeast along the main path until you see a large gulch with a pack of Dreamthralls. There is a small, shallow pool of water in the center of the area. This sword is stuck into a dead body in the center of the water.
Umpara’s Spear

Make your way to theTwin Offerings Overlooknear the southeastern corner of the region. Climb to the very top of the massive rock where the bounty targetChieftan Grithinis found. From his camp, continue the rest of the way to the summit, where you’ll find a small shrine not far from the Ancient Memory. Hel’s Tongue is sitting on the ground in front of the shrine.

While you clear theSulfur Minesduring “Fire in the Mines,” you’ll reach a point near the top of the mines where you need to jump across a broken track. On the far side, you’ll enter a chamber with a hidden door clearly visible in the wall. Above the door, you can see a cable that leads to an opening switch. This weapon is in the hidden chamber.

In theDeadfall Highlands, follow the eastern river north under the bridge, then to the edge of the cliff. At the end, turn left, and you’ll come across a chamber blocked by 3 Essence Generators. The first is next to the door. Continue down the path to find the second at the end of a dark cave. Break the wooden panel, step out on the cliff, then turn left to find the third. The bow is back in the chamber. See the video above for the exact location of the generators.
Aurochs-Skin Grimoire

This can only be found once you enterRyngrim’s Domainduring “Face Your Fears.” Once you collect all three pieces of the statue, and enter her chamber, you’ll find this grimoire in a secret room next to a bookshelf. When you enter the chamber, head to the right, and you’ll see a switch hidden among the books. The hidden door is clearly outlined to the left of the shelf.
Whisper of Exiles
Wand
Head to theGreat Sand Sea, and you’ll find this wand in a chest almost precisely at the a in Great. It is surrounded by a large group of Dreamthralls.

The Desert’s Bounty
Found inside a secret chamber in theSand Sea Ruins. After passing through the chamber with a small pool of water, and a treasure chamber blocked by a breakable wooden barrier and two swinging traps, you’ll come to a corridor just before another cave chamber with water on the floor and ledges to climb. At the corridor, turn right, and at the end you’ll see a triangle painted on a wall above a desk. Press the switch in the center of the triangle and a secret door will open, revealing the hidden room.
Spindlewalker
You’ll find this shield in the Laboratory building during “That Which Remains.” It is on the side table to the right after entering the building.
Nimanna’s Ward
After completing Tanusas' Trial of Wisdom in Naku Kubel, this shield will be in a chest to the right of the exit.
