Current-AEW wrestler Billy Gunn will be added toWWE 2K25as DLC as part of theAttitude Era Superstars pack, alongside D’Lo Brown, Road Dogg, Victoria, and Mark Henry. The Attitude Era Superstars pack will be released forWWE 2K25in September 2025, preceded by the New Wave Pack in May, the Dunk & Destruction Pack in June, and the Fearless Pack in July. The finalWWE 2K25DLC pack will be the Saturday Night’s Main Event pack, scheduled for release in November.

Billy Gunn has been signed toWWE competitor All Elite Wrestlingfor years, most notably teaming with and managing the tag team The Acclaimed. It’s possible Gunn has an existing legends deal with WWE that makes his inclusion as DLC possible. It’s an odd situation for sure, though Billy Gunn is not the only surprise wrestler coming toWWE 2K25as DLC.
The last time Billy Gunn was featured in a WWE video game was WWE 2K17.
Fans may also be surprised to learn that ECW legend New Jack is coming toWWE 2K25, marking the first time that he has ever been featured in a WWE video game.TNA legend Abyssis also coming toWWE 2K25as DLC, despite the fact that the character has never appeared on WWE television. Clearly,WWE 2K25is going all-out with its DLC offerings, and it will be interesting to see who else is added to the game.
